DESCRIPTION:The Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the newest iteration of the Dexter Summer Festival. In 1974\, the city annual sidewalk sale was named Discover Dexter Days\, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce. This year\, as we celebrate the Dexter Bicentennial\, we are excited to carry on the summer festival tradition that began 50 years ago. \nWe will continue so many of your favorite traditions\, including great artists\, craft-persons\, vendors\, all day entertainment centered at the gazebo in Monument Park\, the Social Tent hosted by our amazing partners\, the Dexter Firefighters Association\, kids activities and food trucks. \nNew for 2024:  \n\n\nMerchant sidewalk sales \n\n\nSponsor and Volunteer Thank You Party to preview and kick off the festival on Thursday evening \n\n\nFree WAVE shuttle to relieve parking congestion – 9AM-8PM \n\n\n
