WAVE (Western-Washtenaw Area Value Express) o•ers reliable and a•ordable public transportation for all Scio Township residents and visitors. Two fixed routes—the Jackson Road Connector and the Community Connector— provide daily service along key corridors, connecting riders to destinations in Chelsea, Dexter, and Ann Arbor 7 days a week. Both routes meet up with AAATA bus #30 at the Meijer on Zeeb Road. In addition, WAVE’s Doorto-Door service o•ers convenient, personalized rides: we pick you up at your home and take you anywhere in Washtenaw County for just $5, Monday through Friday, 6 am – 9:30 pm. This flexible option is perfect for errands, medical appointments, or visiting friends. With WAVE, getting around Scio Township and beyond is easy, accessible, and budget-friendly. This summer, ride WAVE’s fixed routes and win! From March through August, every ride on the Chelsea Community Ride, Community Connector, or Jackson Road Connector earns you a ra•le ticket—no limit on entries! Routes run daily, so ride often to boost your chances. Each month features a new prize, and July’s prize will be a $25 Visa gift card and a WAVE swag shirt.
