It should be noted that although the report states Sylvan Township, the city council was assured that these were the city’s statistics according to Marie Gress, executive director.
WAVE requested a $100,000 contribution for its operations from the city. Last year, the request was for $86,600, while in 2023 is was $78,000 and $63,000 in 2022.
